Terms & Conditions: Promotion begins on 1 September 2010 and ends on 30 June 2011. Each month all TelstraClear residential customers at the end of that month will be entered into the standard monthly draws to win one of the prizes for that month as shown in the prize table. To enter the grand prize draws, you must register for each draw online at www.bigthankyou.co.nz. Entry into each grand prize draw closes 30 November 2010, 31 March 2011 and 30 June 2011 respectively. One entry per draw, per account. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash. TelstraClear will not be liable for direct or indirect loss, cost or expense resulting from any use of any of the prizes. All taxes (if any), insurances, other expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes may differ slightly from those shown. Winners will be notified by post or phone in the month following the relevant draw. The competition is not available to employees of TelstraClear or its agencies and some customer exclusions apply. No correspondence will be entered into. The judge's decision is final. In accepting a prize, the prize winner consents to their name, location and/or image being used by TelstraClear in any publicity or promotional activity. The prize of a diamond ring consists of a diamond ring of the winners choice, up to $5,000 value. The prize of a magazine subscription consists of the winners choice of a 12 issue subscription to either Cuisine, NZ House & Garden, New Zealand Gardener, New Zealand Autocar, New Zealand Fishing News or Boating New Zealand.
